No — you don't need a Costco membership. We shop on your behalf at Costco UK and pass the savings on. You pay only for the product cost, our service fee, and shipping.

No. McGrocer is an independent personal shopping service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any of the shops or brands we source from.

However many UK shops you order from, you only pay one consolidated delivery fee — we combine everything into a single shipment.

If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you before charging for that item and offer a substitution or refund. Your basket total is only finalised after we confirm availability.

Yes. Every order ships with tracked door-to-door courier service (DHL Express, UPS or FedEx). You'll receive a tracking link the moment we hand it to the courier.

Yes. McGrocer ships British groceries to the US via DHL Express, UPS and FedEx, with a £30 minimum order. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days.

Your country's customs may charge import duty on arrival. This is paid directly to the courier on delivery — we'll tell you the typical amount before you order so there are no surprises.

No — for food safety, we only ship ambient (non-perishable) products. Frozen and chilled items aren't currently supported.

Unused, unopened and undamaged items can be returned within 25 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
